About LLD
LLD Enterprise is built on one observation: renovations rarely fail on craftsmanship — they fail on management, documentation and accountability spread across too many parties.
That is why LLD is organised as one accountable partner. We design, document, obtain permits, manage the trades and hand over — under one contract. You should not have to coordinate architect, engineer and contractor. That is our job.
Our documentation strength is architectural: drawing sets, permit packages and engineering coordination are produced within our own setup, with the same systematic approach across every project. That means fewer surprises on site and a far stronger basis for a firm agreement.
We are shaped by Danish home tradition: calm, practical sense, material honesty, daylight and simple detailing that lasts. It informs both what we draw and what we buy.
We work in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. We take on fewer projects at a time and manage them closely — that is the whole model.
Our approach
These values govern every decision in an LLD project.
Known brands, short distances
Permanent elements of the home — kitchens, bathroom furniture, built-ins and storage — we source as a rule from Danish manufacturers and workshops. Not on principle, but because it works: brands we have used before, documentation and service in Danish, short supply lines and spare parts that still exist in ten years. And where the craft is best elsewhere, we go there — tiles from the Italian ceramic tradition are the clearest example.
Base before finishes
Some building elements may not be renovated again for 50–100 years: structural walls, floor systems, wet-room buildup, moisture protection, ventilation, drainage and substrates. We guide you to put money there first. A kitchen or a mirror can be replaced in ten years — a weak floor structure cannot. A strong base makes future upgrades easier, safer and cheaper.
Function and practicality first
Beauty matters, but the renovation must first work in daily life: movement, storage, cleaning, ventilation, light and maintenance. Calm, practical, honest and durable.
Quality without shortcuts
We do not control cost by lowering the quality of labour or materials. We control it with a better process: planning, clear packages, structured procurement and accurate pricing. Quality and efficiency are not opposites — a better process delivers better value.
Clear communication
You always know what is included, what is not, which assumptions the price is based on, when decisions are needed, and what happens next.
Long-term responsibility
A good renovation must work after one year, five years and ten years — not only in the handover photo. Documentation, maintainability and responsible choices are part of the delivery.
Everything in order
The building regulations, the BUILD wet-room guidelines, the industry AB terms, the consumer right of withdrawal and the insurances — workers compensation, liability and per-project all-risk — are not something we promise. They are the starting point. The difference is that we document it: your project file shows which guidelines were followed and which control points were signed off.

LLD was founded by three partners with one shared conviction: a home should be a healthy, happy place where families thrive. Our skills complement each other — and together they elevate the renovation experience.

Bricklayer by trade, main contractor by experience — 30+ years on Danish construction sites. Runs the trades, the sequence, the quality and the site.
