Kitchen

A good kitchen project is decided long before the cabinets arrive: layout, light, power points, drainage and ventilation. We design the kitchen as part of the home — and handle everything from demolition to the last handle.

Typical duration: Typically 3–6 weeks of construction.

We are supplier-independent: choose cabinets from any kitchen company or go bespoke joinery. Our job is the whole — making the room, the installations and the fitting work together, with documented quality.

If the wall between kitchen and living room should be opened, we handle the structural work with engineering calculations and any notification as part of the project.

Permit package Opening load-bearing walls requires engineering calculations and typically notification. We handle it as a fixed part of the project.

The package model

Every project is delivered as a package: you choose construction scope (standard rebuild or new layout) and interior package (Essential, Select or Signature) separately. The price is locked in a binding package offer before the design stage starts.
