Much of Greater Copenhagen is covered by local plans, preservation values and — especially in the northern municipalities — houses of architectural value that must be handled with care. We clarify preservation status, building rights and facade requirements early, so the project stands on solid ground before we give a binding offer.
Co-ops and owner associations
In city buildings, much depends on the association’s bylaws and approvals. Changing drains, soil stacks or load-bearing structures requires both the authorities’ and the association’s consent. We run the entire approval process as part of the project.
