Apartment renovation

Apartment renovation covers projects larger than a kitchen or bathroom alone — from several rooms to the whole apartment. That is where management matters most: every trade is in play, and sequencing decides both quality and price. We take total responsibility — from layout to the last skirting board.

Typical duration: Typically 3–5 months of construction depending on scope.

We start with what the apartment allows: load-bearing walls, soil stacks, the electrical panel and floor structures set the frame. In the design phase we resolve layout, lighting, materials and installations, so the project is fully drawn before we give a binding offer.

During construction the apartment is typically vacated. We run a tight trade sequence — demolition, installations, floors, walls, fitting, painting — with fixed walkthroughs where you see progress with your own eyes.

Permit package Changes to load-bearing structures or drainage require notification or a permit. We resolve this in the design phase and handle the entire permit package as an option.

Every project is delivered as a package: you choose construction scope (standard rebuild or new layout) and interior package (Essential, Select or Signature) separately. The price is locked in a binding package offer before the design stage starts.
