House renovation
A house gives more freedom than an apartment — and more technical surfaces that must work together: roof, facade, foundation, heating and ventilation. We renovate the house as one system, not a series of separate projects.
Typical duration: Typically 4–8 months of construction depending on scope.
The design phase starts with the condition of the house: envelope, moisture, structures and energy performance. From there we prioritise together — what must be solved now, what can wait, and where money is best spent. The result is one coherent plan with a binding offer.
We run construction in stages so the house is closed and protected in the right order. If you live in the house during the work, we plan the stages around that.
The package model
Every project is delivered as a package: you choose construction scope (standard rebuild or new layout) and interior package (Essential, Select or Signature) separately. The price is locked in a binding package offer before the design stage starts.
