Bathroom
The bathroom is the most regulated room in the home: wet-room sealing, drainage, ventilation and electrics must be done correctly and be documentable — including the day you sell. We build bathrooms with the same rigour as large projects.
Typical duration: Typically 4–7 weeks of construction.
In the design phase we lock layout, tiles, fixtures and technical solutions, so everything is chosen before demolition starts. That is the only way to give a fixed price and a fixed schedule on a bathroom.
Construction follows a set sequence with the wet-room membrane, falls to drain and pressure testing as documented control points along the way.
The package model
Every project is delivered as a package: you choose construction scope (standard rebuild or new layout) and interior package (Essential, Select or Signature) separately. The price is locked in a binding package offer before the design stage starts.
