What turnkey means
In a turnkey contract, LLD is your only contracting party. We design, obtain permits, direct the architect, engineer and every trade, and hand over the finished result — under one contract and one schedule. No coordinating between parties who point at each other when something goes wrong.
When it is the right choice
The more complex the project — moved walls and installations, many trades in play, high demands on finish and documentation — the more the management decides the result. Turnkey is built for exactly those projects: comprehensive renovations where the sequence of trades sets both quality and price.
Authorities and building permits
If the project needs a building permit or notification, we handle the entire permit package: drawings, application, structural design and dialogue with the municipality. It sits as a fixed, priced option — so you know the scope before you say yes. In co-ops and owner associations we also run the approval process.
One responsibility, many specialists
Behind the single contract stands a fixed network of trusted specialists — carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters — we have worked with before. You get the strength of many specialists without having to find, vet and coordinate them yourself.
